How to Search for US Trademarks

Access the USPTO Website:

You can easily access the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) website by typing "USPTO" into Google or Naver, or by directly entering the URL uspto.gov in your browser's address bar. Once on the USPTO homepage, you should see a screen like this:

Navigate to the Trademark Search Page:

On the homepage, you will find menu options at the top, including "Patents" and "Trademarks." For now, we are focusing on trademarks, so click on "Trademarks."
